How do I purchase the Creator / Viral Pro plan?

Upgrading takes just a few seconds inside the Mac app.

Click the ★ icon in the top-right corner of the Mac application to open the pricing page, then choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to.

Is there a watermark in the Creator plan?

No. Videos exported with the Creator plan are completely watermark-free.

Where are exported videos saved?

By default, Reelify saves exported videos to a ReelifyExports folder on your Mac.

For easier access, you can create a shortcut (alias) to the ReelifyExports folder and place it on your desktop.

Why aren't captions appearing in my exported video?

Captions will appear in exports once they have been generated and enabled before rendering.

If captions don't appear, try the following:

  • Delete the video analysis from the History screen
  • Run a new analysis of the video
  • Export again

This usually resolves the issue quickly.

Why can't I import a YouTube video?

Most imports work instantly.

If you're using a VPN, it can sometimes interfere with imports. Turning off the VPN usually resolves the issue.

You can also try switching networks or importing a local video file instead.

What's the difference between Pattern AI and Viral Context AI?

Reelify includes two different AI systems designed for different workflows.

Pattern AI (Lifetime License)

Viral Context AI (Pro Subscription)

Uses cloud-based AI to analyze deeper elements like storytelling, humor, pacing, and viral moments. This system runs on powerful servers and is offered as a subscription.

Many creators use Pattern AI for fast clipping and Viral Context AI when they want deeper viral insights.
