Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Reelify AI Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
1. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: 60% recurring commission for the first 12 months on each referred customer.
Discount for Referrals: Your audience receives 20% off their purchase using your unique discount code.
Calculation: Commission is calculated on the net amount after the 20% customer discount and after payment processing fees (approximately 3-4%).
2. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly via Wise, PayPal, or Dodo Payments.
- Payments are processed by the 10th of each month for the previous month's earnings.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next month.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings.
3. Refund Policy
If a customer you referred requests and receives a refund, the commission paid for that sale will be reversed and deducted from your future earnings. This applies regardless of when the refund occurs.
4. Promotional Guidelines
As a Reelify AI affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote Reelify AI honestly and accurately.
- Not make false claims about the product's features or capabilities.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting (e.g., "affiliate link" or similar disclosure).
- Not use paid advertising that directly competes with Reelify AI's own ads (e.g., bidding on "Reelify" brand keywords).
- Not engage in spam, unsolicited messages, or any deceptive practices.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:
- Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to purchase).
- Creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals.
- Cookie stuffing or other technical manipulation.
- Misrepresenting Reelify AI or making unauthorized promises.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to disable affiliate accounts that violate our terms, engage in fraud, or use unethical promotion tactics. Commission will be forfeited for any referrals deemed fraudulent.
7. Program Changes
Reelify AI reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reelify AI's liability to you is limited to the unpaid commissions you have earned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the affiliate program.
9. Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Reelify AI. This agreement does not create any employment or joint venture relationship.
